This page describes how Abelian Security Council (ASC) handles data on asc.agsv.com. It is a factual summary, not a legal certification.

Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in after you log in as a client or member. It does not track you across other websites, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

We run our own server-side analytics, operated by our developer, to understand which pages are visited and whether the site is working correctly. We do not load third-party trackers or advertising pixels on this site.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the Pulse, we send a confirmation email from pulse@asc.agsv.com. We only send the monthly issue to addresses that confirm. We store the email address you submit, with the IP address and browser it came from, to help us stop fake signups. We do not sell it.

Applications

If you submit the member application form, we store what you submit so our team can review it. We do not publish applicant information, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
